Abigail joined the Interlude team in 2016. She is a writer, editor, event coordinator, lay preacher and most of all, a “Tex Yorker” — growing up in Dallas, she’s made New York her home since 1978. Abigail worked for a variety of not-for-profits but occasionally she dips into her theater background to produce showcase plays and musicals. She teaches creative writing at Bedford Hills Correctional Facility and spends free time locked up in the archives of Judson Memorial Church. She played the smallest bell in her Texas handbell choir—not played often, but quite heartfelt when it was.
